Longevity LLC Broker & Dealer Certified Program
The enclosed Agreement constitutes the terms and conditions for all present and future sales between Longevity LLC and accepted members of its Broker & Dealer Certified Program. This Program offers legitimate, certifiable, business proprietorships and entities, reselling new and preowned diagnostic medical equipment, to receive preferred pricing discounts on all equipment offered by Longevity LLC.
Longevity LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant, and to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If revisions are unacceptable to any member of our Broker & Dealer Certified Program, a member's only recourse is to withdraw from the Longevity LLC Broker & Dealer Certified Program, by notifying Longevity LLC, in writing. Your continued participation in the Broker & Dealer Certified Program, following any provisions of a change will constitute acceptance of the change.
Use of Materials
Longevity LLC grants Broker & Dealer Certified Program members, use of graphic images, text, and other content, from its website, www.longevityllc.com, solely for the purpose of identifying a member site as a Program participant and to assist in generating sales. We reserve all rights to www.longevityllc.com graphic images, text, or any other website content, our trade name, and trademark.
Once a membership is terminated, member will immediately cease use of, and remove from their website, all links to the Longevity LLC website, and all www.longevityllc.com trademarks, trade dress, logos, and all other materials provided by or on behalf of Longevity LLC in connection with the Program. All Broker & Dealer Certified Program discounts applied through the date of termination will remain in effect only if the related sales have not been voided.
